Courthouse

  • Full service location  (Please arrive by 4:00 if you plan to register a boat or water craft) 
  • Marriage License (Please arrive by 4:00)  WE DO NOT PERFORM MARRIAGE CEREMONIES
  • Business license applicants must arrive by 4:00 in order to obtain a business license.  
  • Applications for Notary Public (Please allow two months for processing due to the necessary County and State approvals)

Foothills Mall

  • Vehicle renewals
  • Vehicle registrations
  • Duplicate titles
  • Motorcycle registrations
  • Boat and water craft registrations (9:00am-1:00pm; 2:30pm-5:00pm)
  • Marriage licenses (9:00am-1:00pm; 2:30pm-5:00pm - WE DO NOT PERFORM MARRIAGE CEREMONIES)

Renewal Kiosk

  • Vehicle registrations 
    • The certificate of vehicle registration from the previous year or the notice of vehicle registration renewal from the State of Tennessee are needed to use the KIOSK.  Debit or Credit cards only.  

An ATM style KIOSK is located at the Drive Thru (500 N. Cusick St, Maryville, TN) and is available 24 hrs.  Another KIOSK is available at the Foothills Mall Office during mall operating hours.
