If you plan to advertise, announce, or promote a non-library-sponsored event that is taking place in one of our meeting rooms through print, social media, or any other type of promotion, the following disclaimer must be included:
"Except for providing meeting space, the Blount County Public Library is not in any manner affiliated with this meeting, and neither BCPL nor the Board of Trustees endorses any position expressed by the group."
