Judge and Magistrate

Juvenile Court cases are heard by Judge Kenlyn Foster, Magistrate Richard H. Robinson, or Magistrate Erin Schad.  The Magistrates are empowered by statute to hear the same types of cases as Judge Foster, and their decisions are appealable to Judge Foster.  Judge Foster, Magistrate Robinson, and Magistrate Schad are ethically prohibited from discussing the facts of your case without all parties and their lawyers present.  If you have other types of questions about your case, such as the date or time it is set on the Court’s docket, please call 865-273-5945.
