Judge and Magistrate

Juvenile Court cases are heard by Judge Kenlyn Foster, Magistrate Jason Beddingfield, or Magistrate Erin Schad.  The Magistrate is empowered by statute to hear the same types of cases as Judge Foster, and her decisions are appealable to Judge Foster.  Judge Foster, Magistrate Beddingfield, and Magistrate Schad are ethically prohibited from discussing the facts of your case without all parties and their lawyers present.  If you have other types questions about your case, such as the date or time it is set on the Court’s docket, please call the Judicial Assistant, Brandi Moss, at 865-273-5951.
