On the Job Injury


If you are injured on the job:

  1. Notify Supervisor immediately. And no later than fifteen (15) calendar days from date of injury.
  2. Ensure First Report of Injury (Form C-20) (PDF) is completed
  3. Complete the Employee's Choice of Physician (Panel)
